BOOKING A SHOOT MEANS THAT YOU FULLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES

Booking & Availability
- At this current time, photography is not NH Studios’ main occupation, but he does so whenever he can. While flexible, please keep this in mind regarding the time between the client’s request date and desired shoot date.
- NH Studios’ photography and editing style come together as one package. Although edit suggestions are welcomed and encouraged, please don’t ask of NH Studios to duplicate the unique editing style of another photographer. It is best to book with that photographer instead, if feasible.
- What is to be expected in return of payment are digitally edited image files in the form of jpgs. Under no circumstances are RAW files available to the client, unless otherwise discussed prior to confirming the booking.
Copyright & Ownership
- All photographs taken by NH Studios shall remain the property of NH Studios and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without his written consent. Clients may use the photographs for only personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise discussed prior to confirming the booking.

Model Release
- NH Studios reserves the right to use the photographs taken for advertising, marketing, and other promotional purposes.
- If the client desires that their photographs not be used for such purposes, that must be explicitly requested prior to confirming the booking.

Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. The remainder of the balance is to be paid on the day of the shoot, prior to the shoot beginning.
- Methods of payment that are accepted are Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App & Paypal. Zelle is preferred.
Arrival
- Please prepare any hair and makeup prior to the shoot.
- Clients are responsible for any props they wish to include in the shoot.

Late Policies
- There is a 30 minute grace period, then the session is subject to a reduced time or cancellation.
- Fees incurred after 30 minutes:
30 minutes late - $25
45 minutes late - $50
1 hour late - $75

Turnaround Time & Delivery
- What is to be expected in return of payment are digitally edited image files in the form of jpgs. Under no circumstances are RAW files available to the client, unless otherwise discussed prior to confirming the booking.
- Edited images are to be delivered within 5-15 business days of the shoot/edits being selected. Depending on the type and timing of the shoot it may be longer, which will be clearly communicated upon booking.
- For most shoots, a link will be sent to the client within 24-72 hours after the session to select the images to be edited. For event/group style shoots, there will be no link sent, only the edited images within the delivery window.
- For additional edits, it is + $20 per edit.
- Clients will receive edits in a Dropbox file. Clients have 3 weeks from the delivery date to download their images before they are cleared from the Dropbox.
- Any needed changes to images that have already been delivered must be addressed within 3 days.

Expedited Image Delivery Fees
- 24 Hours - $200
- 48 Hours - $175
- 72 Hours - $150
- 96 Hours - $125
* Prices are subject to adjustment depending on the circumstance*

Rescheduling & Cancellations
- If inclement weather, illness, or any situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 48 hours prior to their shoot without a fee.
- If the client reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $50 fee will be administered.
- If NH Studios needs to cancel the shoot for any various reasons, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Social Media
- NH Studios tends to make seamless multi-post edits specifically for his instagram. If the client desires such an edit, please don’t hesitate to let him know.
